Itinerary

Arequipa is the second most important city in Peru and is located 1000 km south of Lima, the capital.

Arequipa is nicknamed the “White City” because most of its buildings were built of white volcanic stone, the “sillar”. Arequipa is overlooked by 2 volcanoes, the Misti and the Chachani. The historic center of Arequipa was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000.

Discover this white city with your guide and discover the extraordinary beauty of the city. Arequipa is also the largest alpaca wool production center in Peru and your guide will show you its process in a specialized location.
