Preparing for your Virtual Tour
Dulce de leche ingredients:
- 1lt of whole Milk
- 8.800oz sugar (250 gram)
- 2 tsp vainila stract
- 1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
- 2 tsp corn starch to thicken it
Starch alfajores ingredients:
- 4900 oz of all purpose flour
- 7050oz of corn starch
- 1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
- 2tsp baking powder
- 4900oz of butter
- 3500oz of sugar
- 3 yolks
- 2tsp of cognac, whsiky or Ron
- Lemon zest
