Ingredientes for the dough
18 oz wheat flour
8 oz water
1.5 oz butter
A pinch of salt and sugar
Ingredientes for the filling
1 pound of ground beef
1 pound of onions (chopped)
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
1 boiled potato (diced)
2 boiled eggs (diced)
1 cup of Malbec wine
1 cup of beef or chicken broth
3 Tbsp. of vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tea spoon of sweet paprika, spicy paprika, oregano and cumin
1 bay leave
