Itinerary

Get transported to the small village of Belle-Eglise in northern France, about an hour outside of Paris, for a scholarly discovery of St Martin of Belle-Eglise Church's stained-glass windows.

Originally built in the late 11th century, this quaint, provincial Catholic church has undergone many successive extensions and modifications of various artistic styles over time; while surviving the French Revolution of 1789 and two world wars. On this live tour, you can admire medieval and Renaissance stained-glass windows surrounded by a gorgeous variety of European architectural styles. I'll provide you with the insight and context you need to truly appreciate the savoir-faire and art history of glass-making of times gone by in this storied edifice.
