Itinerary
On this tour, we will be exploring the beautifully preserved English market town of Stratford Upon Avon, world famous as the birthplace of William Shakespeare.
Walking the streets, lined with timber framed medieval buildings, is like stepping back in time. Discover the peaceful riverside gardens and park, the theatre where some of the world’s leading performers take to the stage, the historic town centre and, of course, the houses associated with Shakespeare and his family. Packed with fascinating facts, stories and characters, you are sure to be captivated by this town - even if you found Shakespeare’s plays a drag when you were in school!
