Itinerary

Skeletons of locomotives and wagons scattered across the frozen moors, masses of rusted iron writhing in their own abandon, in their own indifference. There was once a railway in Bolivia, inaugurated in the last breath of the 19th century, that connected Uyuni with Antofagasta (today Chilean) and that served to transport minerals such as tin, silver and even gold. Please join me in exploring this unique landmark and learning more about the history behind it!
