Sao Salvador was settle as the Capital of Brazil in 1549, during Portuguese Colonization and remain the Capital until 1763.
This is a perfect tour for one introduction the city, considered one of the top destinations in Brazil for the beaches, colonial construction, afro-heritage and culture.
We will start in "Largo do Pelourinho" (Pelourinho Square) or In front of " Igreja Sao Francisco" (Sao Francisco Church) and walk around the oldest and most important areas in town: The First School of Medicine in Brazil, Local Business, Famous Street Tour vendors (Acaraje, Abara, etc)
The tour finishes in the Elevador Lacerda with the amazing view of the "Baia de Todos os Santos", the biggest bay in Brazil.
